What is the minimum charter length?

Two hours on every vessel in the fleet. Most guests book three to four hours, which is enough to run the Marina, JBR and the Palm skyline at an unhurried pace. Bookings of three hours or more automatically receive a 5% discount, and five hours or more receive 7.5%.

What is included in the hourly rate?

Accepted Answer

The yacht, the crew, fuel for the standard cruising route, soft drinks and water, ice, towels, life jackets, fishing rods where the vessel is equipped, and a Bluetooth sound system. There are no berth fees, no fuel surcharges and no broker markups added at the end.

Can you arrange catering, decoration or a photographer?

Yes. We can arrange canapés and full buffets, birthday and proposal décor, floral setups, a live DJ, and a professional photographer or drone operator. Tell the concierge what the occasion is and we will send options with pricing before you confirm.

How quickly will someone reply to my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

Within one hour, day or night. A charter manager verifies the slot against the live berth schedule and calls you back — usually within fifteen minutes during the day.

When do I pay, and which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is taken until the itinerary is agreed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Stripe card links, plus Bitcoin, USDT and TRON for guests who prefer to settle in crypto. Bank transfer and cash on the day are also available.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Inside 24 hours we will always try to move you to another date at no cost. If the coastguard closes the marina for weather, you are rescheduled or refunded in full.

Where do we board, and is parking available?

Accepted Answer

Pier 7, Dubai Marina, unless your charter manager confirms another berth. Paid parking is available in the adjacent Marina Mall structure, and complimentary marina pickup can be arranged from your hotel or residence.

How many guests can we bring?

Capacity depends on the vessel — from eight guests on the smaller cruisers to 125 on the flagship. Every listing shows its licensed capacity, and the number shown is the number the coastguard allows on board.

Do you also arrange Formula 1 Abu Dhabi tickets?

Accepted Answer
